Getting Started with CAMS

CAMS is accessible via any modern browser. Authenticate once with your organisation's credentials and move seamlessly across all modules.

Access the Platform

The CAMS platform is available at:

https://cams-frontend.qa.cams.covasant.io/

First login

  1. Click "Login with Microsoft" on the login screen.
  2. Authenticate with your Microsoft credentials when prompted.
  3. You will be taken directly to the CAMS landing page.

Subsequent logins

Click "Login with Microsoft" — you will be signed in automatically with no additional authentication required.

Authentication providers: CAMS supports Microsoft Azure Entra (Azure Entra ID) and Google Cloud IDP. Your organisation's administrator determines which provider is active for your deployment.

The fastest path from zero to a live, monitored agent in production:

Step 1 — Build your agent

Open Agent Work Bench (AWB). Configure a persona, select a base model from the Model Hub, define a system prompt, and optionally attach a Knowledge Base for domain-specific context. Test responses in the integrated Playground before moving on.

Step 2 — Register and deploy

Open Agent Registry (REG). Sync your agent, create a deployment plan, select the target environment (Dev, QA, or Production), and deploy the agent instance.

Step 3 — Monitor in production

Open Agent Control Tower (CTR). Review the dashboard metrics, monitor live sessions, investigate LLM logs, set budget caps, and adjust guardrail policies as needed.
